Please be so kind to send us the request to delete the account via feedback (in your application), so we see your user ID.
Please go to Settings in GeoZilla => Send Feedback. Please make sure you have GeoZilla version 5.0 or higher.
IMPORTANT. Please Cancel Premium Subscription if you are subscribed to Premium (including the free trial period). Deleting your account doesn't automatically deactivate your subscription.
Cancel your Premium subscription:
- For Android Subscribers
Visit the Play Store on your device.
In the Play Store, search for GeoZilla.
At the top of the page, click the Cancel button to stop your Premium subscription.

- For iOS Subscribers
Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Please make sure to confirm to us that Premium is cancelled (if you had one), so we can proceed deleting your account.
